Wedding at Peche Sherman Mills
An earthquake, a hurricane, a tornado watch. What more memorable week to be married? Despite flood & tornado warnings for all in Hurricane Irene’s path, the wedding was on. Jen & Mike’s entire wedding was held at Peche, Peachtree & Ward’s chic industrial venue at Sherman Mills (conveniently located just down the street from us!). With an unconventional timetable, Jen (a force of nature herself) chose to serve hors d’oeuvres and cocktails before the ceremony, with guests returning to their cocktails prior to enjoying a fabulous dinner spread of casual good eats. Since their guests were colorful enough, Jen chose a palette of platinum and creamy whites as their color scheme .
Sustainably grown white hydrangea was the star of the evening, accented with California-grown garden, tea & spray roses, scabiosa blooms & pods, green hanging amaranthus, dusty miller, and Jersey-grown dahlias.
The bride’s luscious bouquet. I would absolutely get married again just to carry this.
Low centerpieces. Love the platinum pintuck!
Tall centerpieces. Wish there was silverware on the table for context.
